Neha Pandya is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of FLIP Africa Ltd, a web-based freelance marketplace disrupting traditional employment in an effort to create millions of dignified jobs for youth across the African continent. Prior to co-founding FLIP, Neha served amongst the senior management of the International Law Institute-African Centre for Legal Excellence (ILI-ACLE) in Kampala for nearly a decade.
Over the years, Neha led efforts to fundraise approximately $9 Million in grant funding to implement various rule of law initiatives across the continent. While leading the Programmes & Special Projects department, the Institute trained approximately 15,000 professionals from more than 30 countries in Africa, Asia, Latin America and the Middle East. During her tenure, Ms. Pandya represented ILI-ACLE on the Committee on Legal Education and Training of the Uganda Law Council.
Prior to moving to Uganda, Neha worked as an Associate Attorney in the Employment and Labor Law practice group at Duane Morris LLP in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She received her Juris Doctor from Temple University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics Policy and Metropolitan Studies, with honors, from New York University. She is a 2014 Acumen Fellow.
